Foggy Swamp Tribe

Situated in a large forest that's floor is a swamp. It surrounds a very large tree that is the foundation of the swamp. It's roots and and branches extend far and wide. Horses who live here are very 'hillbilly'. Unlike it's sister tribes, this place is very tropical and horses don't need to have a thick coat. But good legs are a must, and legs that can withstand the swamp water. The smell here isn't very nice either. It is only the swamp horses who know how to bend the swamp plants such as seaweed. No other water bender can have this gift.
